tbf, I've always said that New World's lore is actually really good to the point to where it could actually have a solid Netflix series. Despite the devs being really shit about updating their game and listening to the players and fixing the same old bugs, the lore is really enticing and worth having an actual series.

Watch the episode be about and island where everyone is immoral but they keep disappearing.

Actually I wouldn't mind new world getting a show since aeternum has so much stuff to make content out of and also with new expansions which I doubt we will get more than 1 now can also get well into the show and expand stuff.

Continuing to market it solely as an ARPG, they're trying to dupe the console base or genuinely changing the game as they did before or both. Either way AGS isn't a studio to be taken seriously.

After 4500hrs i rly see no other option than quit the game.... i rly love New World in my opinion its could be that MMORPG so many ppl wanted. But thanks to missmanaging and lying to the PC players and ignore them way to long its rly in a bad Bad state RN.

You guys understand that by streaming or uploading a video of a game, it is just common that companies are loosely giving you the right to stream/record it and publish it, right? In most circumstances, its within their best interest to allow conversation around their product- but that right is easily revokable. Those who got their videos taken down make sense because it was a simple breach of a confidentiality agreement. There were some that said "I didn't even know it was confidential!" Hugely false, on the main signup page in big bold letters it says so, every time you'd boot the game it said so. Additionally, even if you didn't sign an NDA, if you still talk about leaks from your friends on Discord - yeah, that's still eligible for takedown because they revoked your said right to publish said content. Only time you generally have some ground to stand on to share confidential information despite not signing anything is when there's something generally nefarious or illegal taking place - that's when you can counter claim and likely keep the video up and pursue in the way of court. I find it tough to watch these sorts of videos because it's rare I see content creators around a game like this actually be honest and actually think about what they are even talking about. It's mostly negative word vomit that serves to what, dissuade people from playing the game that you are still playing? I don't understand the mission behind some of these videos. I do see you want New World be in a better place because there's some anchor there that pulls you, but at some point - what time do you just move on? At what point do you just say "Man, maybe this will likely never get better, so let me go find something that respects me more as a player".

i think the open beta really only for xbox and ps5 players to see what new world like but pc players can join thats what i think what they are doing with the beta willing lets me honest here we pc players can easy get to level 30 within mins
